customer base—finding and qualifying opportunities, building relationships, and moving projects from first discussion through proposal, negotiation, and contract award. Reporting to the VP Technical Operations & Commercial Strategy, you’ll sit in the Commercial Strategy team and work with scientific and technical colleagues to shape solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Experience in business development, technical sales, account management, or CDMO/life science roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, cultures, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Grow U.S. oligonucleotide CDMO opportunities and manage from qualification to contract award.
• Coordinate with Sales, CMC, R&D, PM, Quality, and manufacturing to prepare proposals and terms.
• Engage early-stage biotech customers on development plans and CMC milestones.
• Maintain CRM records with pipeline, risks, and forecasts.
