Job summary

Allsino Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Boston is seeking a senior business development leader to direct BD activities and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in the company and in generating new business, while also managing marketing and customer service initiatives.

The position requires extensive CDMO BD experience in US/EU markets, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of drug development and regulatory frameworks. Travel across the US and Europe is expected.

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related life science fields.
  • CDMO business development experience in US/EU markets with successful track record in small molecule, peptide, and API project acquisition.
  • Strong C-level negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of drug development, API/intermediate manufacturing, and global CDMO regulatory frameworks.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the US and Europe.

  • Oversee contract drafting, review, and execution in compliance with international regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain long-term global client relationships, track project progress, and optimize strategies to meet sales and growth targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
