Job summary

Hongene Biotech is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Manager in CMC Project Management in the Boston area. The role reports to the VP, Global Head of CMC & Regulatory and strengthens project management for oligonucleotide contract manufacturing services.

Senior/AD level consideration with potential Director level for exceptional candidates. The PM will drive cross-functional collaboration between clients and internal teams, manage timelines, and help generate RFPs with cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Degree in pharmaceutical science or related field with 8+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Proven PM experience in GMP, cross-functional environments, and strategic judgement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced R&D settings and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM efforts for CMC activities on oligonucleotide contract manufacturing projects.
• Support development and manufacturing strategy with tactical execution plans.
• Bridge clients and internal teams through calls, action tracking, and rapid decisions.
• Coordinate with AD/PD, manufacturing, QA/QC to manage global timelines and resources.
• Support strategic partner projects in the US.
