Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT operations, IAM, or a related field.
• Experience with SaaS integrations including SCIM and SSO.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS application integrations with app owners and vendors.
• Triage and resolve escalated access tickets from IT Ops.
• Support provisioning and deprovisioning across the SaaS portfolio.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for access processes.
• Assist with audit evidence and access reviews.
