Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations or identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID).
• Experience with SaaS app integrations, including SCIM provisioning and SSO.
• Ability to engage directly with application owners and external vendors.
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage SaaS application integrations with owners and vendors.
• Triage and resolve escalated access tickets from IT Operations.
• Support user lifecycle workflows, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Maintain and improve documentation, runbooks, and process guides.
• Assist with audit evidence collection and access reviews for compliance.
• Partner with Security, IT, and People Operations to govern access at scale.

This role owns application integration work, handles escalated access tickets, and serves as a point of coordination between application owners, vendors, and the broader identity team on complex integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage SaaS application integrations, including direct coordination with application owners and external vendors on complex configurations
• Triage and resolve escalated access tickets from the IT Operations team, driving issues to resolution or escalating appropriately
• Support user lifecycle workflows, including provisioning and deprovisioning across a broad SaaS portfolio
• Maintain and improve documentation, runbooks, and process guides for integration and access workflows
• Assist with audit evidence collection and access review activities to support compliance requirements
• Partner with Security, IT, and People Operations teams to ensure access is governed consistently and at scale
