Job summary

Cision is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions centered on Okta. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams globally to ensure IAM policies align with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IAM engineering or related security roles.
• Certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, CISSP, Azure Security Engineer are a plus.
• Strong background in SAML and OIDC federation with various identity providers.
• Familiarity with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and SCIM provisioning.
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) across enterprise systems.
• Integrate Okta with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM) and directory services (Active Directory).
• Support audits and compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Define and enforce access policies and RBAC within Okta and other IdPs.
