Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an On The Job Training Strategy, Governance and Enablement Advisor to lead the development, governance, and expansion of structured OJT across SCE's technical workforce. You will partner with operational leaders, instructional designers, and SMEs to translate workforce needs into scalable learning solutions.

The role focuses on establishing OJT frameworks, mentor enablement, digital learning tools, program-health reporting, and sustainable governance,

Qualifications

Seven or more years of experience leading and implementing learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversees optimization of ongoing technical training programs for the enterprise.
Provides leadership and technical direction to team members to ensure project activities and timelines are met.
Delivers complex instruction and training across multiple levels of leadership.
Improves technical training strategies and curriculum priorities to produce successful outcomes.
Applies SME to review and create a technical training curriculum balancing function needs.
Maintains knowledge of strategies and culture and integrates into training techniques and tools.
Collaborates with senior stakeholders to incorporate unit/enterprise challenges into the learning experience.
Aligns with teams on training plans and leads development of tailored events.
Enhances program effectiveness analysis and presents results to leaders.
