Job summary

Liberty Energy in El Reno, OK is seeking a Crew Leader to manage chemical and material inventory at the well site. You will coordinate clean-up, repair and equipment preparation for the next job and train crew members to improve performance.

This role requires a High School Diploma, oilfield experience, and CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements. You will ensure safety, follow HSE practices, and communicate results to site personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of oilfield experience and one year of Stimulation experience or equivalent.
• CDL required with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and takes an active part in the Service Quality Process.
• Utilizes real-time data under dynamic job conditions and communicates results to location personnel.
• Responsible for delivery of required materials inventory to well site in accordance with design and KPI.
• Coordinates and directs Equipment Operators during rig up and rig down on location.
• Coordinates operation of service line equipment during a job and ensures high equipment readiness and safety.
• Follows up with the customer regarding job site performance and safety.
