Job summary

Liberty Energy is seeking a Crew Leader to manage chemical and material inventory on the well site, coordinate cleanup and equipment prep for the next job, and oversee equipment operators during rig up and rig down. The role emphasizes safety, data-driven results, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic field environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years oilfield experience and 1 year stimulation experience or equivalent, plus CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of oilfield experience and one year of stimulation experience or equivalent training.
• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical and material inventory at the well site.
• Coordinate cleanup, repair and prep of equipment for next job.
• Direct Equipment Operators during rig up/down and operate service line equipment.
• Promote service quality and report results to location personnel.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
