Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is hiring a Wireline Operator to support work out of Weatherford, Oklahoma. You will drive company vehicles to job sites, rig and unrig equipment, and assist in gun loading while upholding safety standards.

This role requires High School diploma or GED and 6–12 months of field experience. CDL A/B with Hazmat and First Aid/CPR are preferred, along with PPE and lockout/tagout training. You’ll join a safety-conscious team committed to reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of field experience required.
• CDL A/B with Hazmat preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Lockout/Tagout and PEC Premier training desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites per procedures.
• Rig-up/rig-down equipment per standards.
• Submit accurate driving records and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain and perform field repairs on equipment.
• Assist in gun loading and related tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
