Job summary

Bravo Wireline Services is seeking a Lead Operator to supervise wireline duties at the well site and in the shop, ensuring compliance with regulations for explosives operations. You will lead tool maintenance, rigging, and tool assemblies while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of wireline operator experience, a valid CDL with HazMat, and strong mechanical aptitude. You will work in a collaborative team and may train other operators on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement.
• Minimum of 2 years' wireline operator experience.
• Must pass ATF background check.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of down hole tools.
• Knowledge of explosives applications in wireline.
• Ability to work in a team and in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for jobs by performing tool maintenance and pre/post-job checks.
• Lead rigging up and down the wireline surface and downhole equipment.
• Assist in tool string make-ups and downhole logging tool assembly.
• Maintain and repair downhole and surface logging equipment and components.
• Drive company vehicles safely and maintain site records.
• Supervise and train other Wireline Operators and promote safety.
