Job summary

Encore Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to support our South Texas operations, based in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). In this role, you will coordinate parts procurement, inventory, stocking, and distribution to meet the needs of our field mechanics and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in parts, purchasing, or mechanical service.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts procurement, stocking, and distribution for field and shop operations.
• Source and procure parts to support operational needs.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare requisitions.
• Communicate order status and delivery schedules to staff.
