Job summary

Encore Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking a Parts & Materials Coordinator to manage parts procurement and support warehouse operations in West Texas. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3–5 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves sourcing parts, maintaining inventory, and coordinating deliveries while ensuring effective communication with operations and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in parts or purchasing industry.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be available for on-call parts/materials requests 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts and materials procurement and inventory management.
• Work with warehouse personnel to manage parts and materials distribution.
• Process daily paperwork according to supply chain procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, materials, and inventory transactions.
