Encore Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking an experiencedParts Coordinator to support ourSouth Texas operations, based in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). This position is responsible for coordinating parts procurement, inventory, stocking, and distribution to support area mechanics, facilities, and customer needs.
The Parts Coordinator will work closely with Operations, AMS, Shops, Management, Accounting, warehouse personnel, vendors, and field mechanics to ensure parts are sourced efficiently, properly documented, and available when needed.
Receive and prioritize calls and requests for parts.
Source, procure, and coordinate the shipment of parts needed to support field and shop operations.
Work with warehouse personnel to assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing parts.
Create and track approved internal and purchase requisitions for parts, services, and expenses.
Purchase stock orders as needed to maintain appropriate inventory levels for local demand.
Obtain pertinent information from suppliers at the time of purchase order issuance to ensure accurate and efficient processing according to company policy.
Communicate clearly and timely with cross-functional personnel, includingOperations, AMS, Shops, Management, and Accounting.
Provide updates regarding requested parts, including order status, availability, and delivery schedules.
Process all daily paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with supply chain procedures.
Maintain accurate records of parts, purchases, and inventory transactions.
Participate in cycle counting and physical inventory counting.
Assist with the organization and maintenance of warehouse and parts areas.
Coordinate the pickup and delivery of parts to facilities and jobsites throughout the South Texas region.
Operate material handling equipment as needed, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and parts trailers.
Comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and PPE policies and procedures.
Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
Handle special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in the compression, mechanical service, parts, or purchasing industry.
Minimum of3-5 years of related experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Previous experience working in a parts department, warehouse, purchasing, inventory, mechanical service, or related environment.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively under pressure.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
