Job summary

Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator for its Odessa, Texas office. The role coordinates ordering of chemistry, parts, and materials to support Permian Basin operations and tracks inventory for monthly and quarterly reporting to accounting.

You will maintain minimum inventory levels, manage vendor relationships locally, and oversee a small warehouse team while working with Dynamics and CMMS tools to ensure accurate stock data and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years inventory management responsibilities.
• Forklift operation and certification required.
• Inventory software and CMMS experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to HSE compliance standards at sites.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
• Receive, monitor, evaluate, and record deliveries; maintain minimum inventory levels.
• Manage a small team including a DOT driver and warehouse staff.
• Conduct monthly counts and report data to the Controller by the 4th business day of the following month.
• Procure chemistry and supplies; obtain quotes and issue POs in Dynamics.
