Job summary

Streamline Innovations, Inc. in Odessa, Texas, is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, procurement, and storage for our Permian Basin operations. The role ensures minimum stock levels, oversees safe warehouse practices, and maintains accurate records for reporting to accounting.

You will coordinate quotes, issue POs in Dynamics, track monthly counts, and work with MaintainX and Excel to optimize inventory turnover while supervising a small team of support staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years inventory management responsibilities.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and maintain forklift drivers qualification
• Inventory management software & CMMS experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to HSE compliance standards among employees and at operational sites
• Aid in development and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure uninterrupted support of Streamline operations
• Receive, monitor, evaluate, record all deliveries and shipments, and maintain a minimum inventory level
• Manage a small team of support staff (DOT Driver and warehouse support)
• Conduct monthly chemical and parts inventory counts. Report accurate, timely data to the Streamline Controller by the 4th business day of the following month
• Procure all chemistry and supplies required to support Streamline operations by requesting quotes from vendors and issuing POs in Dynamics
• Utilize software to ensure inventory is properly tracked and accounted for (Dynamics, MaintainX, Excel, etc.)
• Analyze inventory levels and turnover to predict and resolve potential inventory shortages or surpluses
• Manage the safe and timely delivery of shipments of all parts, materials, and supplies. Including the unloading of deliveries (chemical and parts)
• Organize warehouse facility maintenance and ensure the safe operation of warehouse activities
• Manage and control parts inventory on customer locations
• Oversee chemical inventories in the field and manage the DOT delivery schedule
• Collaborate with field operations to facilitate the management of remote inventory, including the procurement and scheduling of deliveries to supply locations in remote inventory settings
• Manage vendor relationships and communications, analyze differences in supplier quality and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Research alternative suppliers to ensure cost effective purchasing of inventory
• Other duties as required or assigned
