Job summary

The role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, fluency in English, and a willingness to learn about physical and derivatives oil markets. A university degree in a related field and coding experience (Python/AI) are preferred.

You will work with traders to deliver timely insights and reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Science or related discipline.
• Experience with coding; Python; AI or ability to learn.
• Experience in physical or derivatives oil markets preferred.
• Proven track record of delivery in a similar organisation.
• Detail- and results-oriented.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ship tracking and monitor supply flows.
• Track molecular movements across the globe.
• Collate and disseminate information across the organization, quantitative and qualitative.
• Perform fundamental analysis focused on gasoline and diesel markets alongside traders and analytics.
• Present reports to traders.
• Refine, physical arbitrage, and supply & demand modelling.
