ExxonMobil is seeking talented students for its Trading Internship in Spring, TX, to support analytics, risk, and compliance within the Global Trading group. Interns will work on projects spanning Crude, Products, Natural Gas & Power, and Freight, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You'll tour facilities, learn from senior leaders, and connect with peers and mentors as part of a structured development track designed to build commercial, analytical, and leadership

Qualifications

• Strong academic performance in any discipline; degrees in economics, finance, math, stats, econometrics, physics, data science, supply chain, or engineering are relevant.
• Be proficient in Python, C#, or SQL and have working knowledge of developer processes and tools such as version control and CI/CD.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Show an interest in physical commodities and financial markets.
• Be able to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in an international team environment.
• Demonstrate leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Support trading business analytics, risk and compliance projects.
• Contribute to projects across Crude, Products, Natural Gas & Power, and Freight.
