Qualifications

• Interest in strategic issues in energy and natural resources, US midstream and downstream oil & gas.
• Interest in LNG, natural gas, power, trading and energy infrastructure.
• Strong management or strategy consulting background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Analytical, commercial and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Trading business transformation – capability assessments, target operating model design, and IT and change management for trading organizations.
• Commercial & Trading Strategy – portfolio strategy, operating model, value-chain strategy and strategic planning.
• Growth Strategy – market entry, new business development, organic growth and adjacency strategies.
• Mergers & Acquisitions – transaction strategy, integration strategy, operating model design, synergy identification and execution.
• Finance & Risk – financial performance, risk management, trading risk, capital allocation and related strategic finance topics.
• ETRM/Bid-to-Bill Advisory – design and client-side implementation acrossOpenLink Endur PCI Allegro SAP CM etc.
