EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery team seeks a Manager to drive capital projects and transformation programs for Oil & Gas. You’ll lead engagement teams, deliver architecture frameworks, and oversee program management across the full asset lifecycle.

You’ll align technology investments with business priorities, manage stakeholder communications, and realize value from sanction through commissioning. Travel 65–80% and lead cross‑functional teams globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of capital projects, engineering, technology strategy, transformation, or PM.

• Lead engagement teams delivering transformation initiatives for Oil & Gas across asset life cycles.
• Own architecture frameworks, program management, project controls, and value realization.
• Guide TAD Business and TAD Technology Strategy teams based on strengths.
• Advise clients on CAPEX governance, business cases, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Drive cost, schedule, risk management, and sequencing for complex programs.
