Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas engineering/project management.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP) and Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver projects with technical and operational complexity with internal and external partners.
• Coordinates technical resources using a structured Project Life Cycle approach to maintain rigor and efficiency.
• Develops and implements detailed reports, cost forecasts, and schedules that keep projects on track and inform stakeholders.
• Prepares and reviews RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection criteria with precision and compliance.
• Anticipates potential issues early, gathers critical data, and applies root-cause analysis to mitigate risks.
• Designs optimum solutions maximizing economic value and performance over the project lifecycle.
• Runs small-to-moderate scope projects with a focus on quality, deadlines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leads project teams and contractors, ensuring measurable results and adherence to engineering standards.
