Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 2–4+ years in capital projects or tech transformation.
Consulting or client-facing transformation experience in Oil & Gas or energy.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity.
Strong leadership and communication with an agile, execution mindset.
Willingness to travel 65–80% and to work flexible hours.
Access to reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites.

Responsibilities

Help Oil & Gas and energy clients deliver transformation initiatives and capital project programs across the full asset lifecycle.
Contribute to architecture frameworks, program management, project controls, and value realization.
Work across TAD Business and TAD Technology Strategy teams.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methods and drive CAPEX governance.
Assist in governance, stage-gate, and EPC oversight.
