Oliva Gibbs LLP is seeking an Oil & Gas Title Attorney to join their Texas team. The role focuses on title examinations, due diligence, and contract drafting across Houston, Midland, San Antonio and nearby markets.

The ideal candidate will have a JD and at least one year of Texas title opinion experience, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice and client confidentiality. A hybrid work model is available for local candidates.

• Experience drafting title opinions covering lands in Texas.
• Familiarity with unit-wide division orders, tract and allocation factors.
• Strong ethics, client confidentiality, and professional conduct.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct title examinations to determine ownership related to oil and gas properties.
• Draft title opinions highlighting defects, liens, or issues affecting ownership or use of property.
• Perform due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in oil & gas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, joint operating agreements, and sale agreements.
