Responsibilities

• Conduct title examinations to determine ownership related to oil and gas properties.
• Draft title opinions highlighting defects and ownership rights.
• Negotiate and draft contracts protecting client interests.
• Collaborate with litigation attorneys if necessary.
• Meet quarterly billable requirement of 450 hours.
