Job summary

Oliva Gibbs is looking for a motivated Oil and Gas Title Attorney to join their Texas team focusing on South Texas and the Permian Basin. This full-time position entails conducting title examinations, drafting title opinions, and collaborating with senior attorneys to provide timely solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience drafting title opinions covering lands in Texas.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft title opinions highlighting defects, liens, or other ownership issues.
• Collaborate with litigation attorneys if legal action becomes necessary.
