Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Economics or related field with 8 years in Consulting.
• Must have 8 years of experience in leading strategy consulting teams in energy industries and related capabilities.
• Experience applying management consulting tools and frameworks and using digital technologies to solve decarbonization problems.
• Proven ability to lead workshops with executive audiences and drive sales opportunities.

• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities to reduce costs and enable innovation-led models.
• Analyze data to generate insights, introducing frameworks like zero-based budgeting and digital operations.
• Build client relationships and grow the sales pipeline through proposals and commercial phases.
• Support knowledge building and contribute to offerings and thought leadership across Accenture globally.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and contribute to performance management and recruitment.
