This hands-on, full-cycle role focuses on building strong relationships with hiring leaders, proactively sourcing hard-to-find talent, and keeping multiple searches advancing.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Field Services, and can support a mix of technical and professional positions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting technical talent.
• Experience recruiting within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Field Services.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across Engineering, Procurement, IT, Technical Operations, and Field Services.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to use recruiting data and analytics to monitor activity and results.
• Excellent relationship-building with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple groups and locations from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Recruit for technical, engineering, procurement, IT, field service, and corporate roles.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using ATS, networks, referrals, events.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a strong interview experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain candidate activity and hiring data in the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics for hiring and workforce reporting.
• Build relationships with universities, military organizations, staffing partners, and external sources.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Collaborate with HR on best practices and daily hiring challenges.
• Contribute to employer branding and social media recruiting.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone who knows how to build strong relationships with hiring leaders, proactively source hard-to-find talent, and keep multiple searches moving at once.

The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Field Services and is comfortable supporting a mix of technical and professional positions.

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business groups and locations, from sourcing through accepted offer
• Partner directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Recruit for a variety of technical, engineering, procurement, IT, field service, and corporate positions
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using ATS tools, professional networks, referrals, events, and creative sourcing strategies
• Manage candidate communication and deliver a strong experience throughout the interview and hiring process
• Coordinate and support new-hire onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, pipeline information, and hiring data within the ATS
• Track recruiting metrics and provide data for hiring and workforce reporting
• Build relationships with universities, military organizations, staffing partners, and other external talent sources
• Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, information sessions, and other talent-focused events
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders on recruiting best practices and day-to-day hiring challenges
• Contribute to employer branding and social media recruiting initiatives

Qualifications:

• Previous experience recruiting technical talent is required
• Experience supporting hiring within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Field Services strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience recruiting positions across areas such as Engineering, Procurement, IT, Technical Operations, and Field Services
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing experience
• Experience working within and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ability to use recruiting data and analytics to monitor activity and hiring results
• Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
• Working knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree and approximately 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain required recruitment certifications
• Ability to qualify for and maintain a government security clearance
