You will coordinate with the district manager to drive productivity, ensure DOT compliance, and interface with clients to uphold service quality and satisfaction. Travel and extended hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years field or oilfield service experience.
• Experience leading crews or acting as a lead technician.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise technicians across active job sites.
• Ensure safety compliance, DOT adherence, and proper PPE usage.
• Interface directly with clients to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
• Support installations, maintenance, and field logistics as needed.
• Partner with District Manager to drive productivity and operational success.
• Verify job tickets, reporting, and field documentation.
