Job summary

Knight-Energy-Services is seeking a capable coordinator to act as primary contact for customer orders, coordinating equipment and personnel for jobs and ensuring readiness for field execution. You will handle order intake, verify equipment, and support delivery processes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, follow safety rules, and utilize ERP systems to maintain inventory and documentation. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Take orders for equipment or services
• May assist or make recommendations on equipment to fill the job and coordinate same
• Pre and post job inspection and verification of equipment
• Supervise and/or perform the loading of equipment
• Prepare delivery tickets
• Prepare procedures and quotes
• Coordinate transportation
• Order parts / services as needed from vendors
• Maintain inventory records
• Inputs computer data
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Knight
• Provide assistance in the maintenance of all KNIGHT equipment and to ensure good working conditions at all times
• Take time to work with all team members to enhance their work experience and to enhance the value of the company
• Authorized to use discretion and independent judgment to take responsible actions necessary to carry out the responsibilities assigned as long as such actions are consistent with sound business judgment and good ethics, and adhere to company policy
• Work schedules will be determined by the Store Manager which may include working after hours and will generally include a scheduled weekend rotation
• Perform other duties as assigned
