Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive or prepare work orders.
• Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from supervisors and field inspectors.
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, and requests relevant to work orders.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Report any incidents as they arise.
• Works closely with Operations Coordinators in day to day operations.
• Willing to work a flexible on call schedule.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist Operations Coordinator with verifying that site specific & GNOIEC classes are in compliance with all field personnel.
• All other duties assigned by management.

Working Conditions

This position is performed in an office environment.

Physical Requirements

• Required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms; and to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or twist body to fit and/or reach.
• The employee’s lifting requirement and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work in the presence of odors typical of petroleum or petrochemicals without allergic reactions or nausea, when such odors are within OSHA-designated permissible exposure limits (PELs).
• May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
