Job summary

The Kenan Advantage Group in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Dispatch professional to execute daily freight movement plans within the assigned area. You will coordinate deliveries, load loads in the dispatch system, and ensure on-time service for customers.

• Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries.
• Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers.

• Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors.
• Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts.
• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Monitor e-mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team members.
• Monitor web portals for station inventories.
• Solicit freight from customers.
• Create loads in dispatch system.
• Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members.
• Enter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system).

Position Summary
