Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments.
• Ensure proper approvals and account coding.
• Enter invoices and payments into the accounting system accurately.
• Process employee expense reports.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Handle vendor inquiries and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support audit requests.
• Assist with joint interest billing invoices.
• Maintain organized AP records.
