Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Six (6) years of Accounting or relevant experience required.
• One to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• One to three years of oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP accounting software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a staff of professional accountants to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Oversee the accounting functions within the assigned area, including reporting and monthly close.
• Handle monthly invoicing of contractual and/or physical gas or oil.
• Set and monitor goals and metrics with management.
• Coach and develop employees; provide leadership and expertise.
• Collaborate with IT and other units to implement system upgrades.
• Monitor internal controls to verify SOX compliance and review significant journal entries.
