Copeland in Sidney, OH is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead the Oil Free Centrifugal compressor integration with OEM accounts. You will coordinate with the OFC development team to support the compressor, controls and drive in customer systems.

You will create customer-facing specs, troubleshoot controls, and provide technical training to Copeland teams and customers. Travel may be required to support installations and field testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years with oil-free compressors or HVAC systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration of Oil Free Centrifugal compressors with OEM systems.
• Test and troubleshoot Copeland controls and variable speed drives.
• Create customer-facing technical specifications and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Provide training to internal teams, customers and end-users.
