Job summary

Diversified Energy Company is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor wells and油 production along an assigned route, performing routine maintenance and safety checks to ensure safe operations.

The role requires logging data, reporting findings to the foreman, and collaborating with a team to optimize production while adhering to safety procedures. On-call duties, including nights and weekends, are possible.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Experience in oil/gas field preferred (2 years)

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and report the operation of wells and sites on an assigned route.
• Make routine checks on all well sites and monitor production equipment.
• Inspect lease sites for cleanliness and vegetation.
• Manage daily fluid production; gauge and record tank levels.
• Gather daily, monthly and quarterly data and submit reports timely.
• Analyze production issues and consult with foreman to troubleshoot.
