Job summary

Diversified Energy Company is seeking an entry-level Lease Operator in training to monitor wells and sites along an assigned route. You will work under supervision to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while collecting production data.

Responsibilities include routine checks, data reporting, and participation in safety meetings. The role includes on-call shifts, some nights and weekends, with a focus on safe, cost-effective production practices.

Responsibilities

• Viewed as a Lease Operator in training or entry level Lease Operator with general supervision.
• Monitor, maintain, and report operation of wells and sites on assigned route.
• Make routine checks on all well sites and monitor production equipment; perform light maintenance as needed.
• Gather daily, monthly, and quarterly data and submit reports and tickets on time.
• Participate in safety meetings and on-call rotation; respond to emergencies when necessary.
