Axis Energy Services is seeking a Sales Representative in Texas to develop new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with customers across oilfield completions services. The role focuses on expanding completions packaging offerings to existing clients and prospects, building strong customer following and experience in well completions.

Success depends on expanding services scope, maintaining relationships, and contributing to the growth of a private-equity backed oilfield completions

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or combination of college education or technical field training education and minimum five (5) years of demonstrated oil field well services sales.
• Proven sales experience across well completions and oil field service lines.
• Strong technical knowledge of company's products and services and market conditions.
• Excellent communication, marketing and negotiating skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to Axis and customer locations.
• Experience with CRM or sales management databases and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Promote company capabilities and reputation through customer visits, services demonstrations, presentations and sales literature.
• Conduct regular site visits to new and existing customer rig locations each week.
• Actively manage and grow customer accounts at the field level.
• Negotiate and close out contracts at profitable margins, including coordination with Operations teams.
• Process customer quotes and order requests and communicate with appropriate departments, e.g. sales, operations, finance.
• Drive new business prospects and monitor competitor activities.
