StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator – Fats & Oils to coordinate transportation of vegetable oils, fats, and greases across North America via all modes.

You will work with suppliers, customers, brokers, and 3rd party transporters, and liaise with internal teams to relay freight and scheduling details. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in logistics and commodities, strong customer service, and excellent communication with documentation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and commodities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange transportation for the movement of physical commodities being purchased and sold.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, brokers, and 3rd party providers.
• Forecast supply and demand with partners.
• Communicate with truck, rail, and barge providers on rates, tariffs and scheduling.
• Track shipments and enter shipment data into the system of record.
• Gather documentation for collateral and coordinate with execution and settlements teams.
• Negotiate freight costs or find more efficient transportation methods.
• Manage freight and contract data for reporting and budgeting.
• Coordinate with execution and accounting on freight economics in P&L statements.
• Prepare documents for transactions and ensure contract terms are met.
• Monitor trade and receivable limits and ensure credit thresholds are followed.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable with related departments.
• Comply with FMS standards and insurance requirements.
• Support new designs and processes for controls and efficiencies.
