Job summary

Oil-Dri Corporation of America is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer deliveries, transportation appointments, and shipping activities across domestic and international shipments. The role will collaborate with Customer Service, Production, Logistics, and carriers to align demand, schedules, and deliveries.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in logistics or scheduling, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in Excel and Word.

• 2–3 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer delivery and pickup appointments
• Coordinate transportation activities for domestic and international shipments
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and update loads within JDE
• Monitor appointment schedules and loading activity
• Coordinate drayage and export-related transportation requirements
• Support rail shipment coordination activities
• Work closely with production scheduling teams when priorities change
• Develop and maintain transportation and service metrics
• Document and maintain logistics procedures and work instructions
