Job summary

Plains All American, headquartered in Houston, seeks a contract administrator to accurately enter crude oil purchase/sale transactions into the Contract System and generate contracts for third parties. You will review terms, track correspondence, and ensure compliance with risk controls.

Ideal candidates have a BBA or BS, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work quickly in a collaborative team, with attention to detail and energy industry knowledge.

• BBA or BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately entering crude oil purchase/sale transactions into the Contract System.
• Generate crude oil purchase/sale contracts to be sent to third parties.
• Review and confirm the commercial terms of physical trades with third parties.
• Compare third party contracts and broker recap details to internal deal recaps.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies discovered upon contract review.
• Adhere to Risk Control guidelines for contract timelines.
• Generate contract exception reports for Risk Management.
• Log, track, and maintain all contract correspondence.
