Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience with 2 years in a lead role, or 10 years in contract management.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and legal changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts for the purchase, sale, and transportation of crude oil.
• Integrate assigned business area into the SAP System.
• Manage contract administration system and develop standards for agreements.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and manage the annual budget.
