Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and GM multi-point vehicle inspections in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Inspect and refill fluids to the appropriate level.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation, clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Communicate any vehicle concerns to appropriate shop personnel.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy when working on vehicles.
• Inspect for and document any worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and pride in one's work.
• Eagerness to improve.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Dependable team player with a good attitude.
• One year in a service department (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
