Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking Team Members / lube techs to join our growing crew on a full-time basis. We offer paid training to become a lube technician capable of oil changes, blade/air filter replacements, tire inflation, and other light maintenance. Up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, plus opportunities for advancement.

We provide PAID TRAINING and promote from within with a strong internal growth path, including shop management roles for those who excel.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Training provided to become a lube technician.
• Ability to perform oil changes and light maintenance.
• Must be willing to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
