Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic team members to join our growing crew as oil change technicians and lube techs. No experience required; we provide PAID TRAINING and a clear progression path from lube tech to shop manager.

Earn up to $15 per hour base pay plus commissions, with full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance. You’ll perform oil changes, replace filters, check fluids, and help maintain a clean shop environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; PAID TRAINING provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Customer-service minded with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
