Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a busy auto service location. This role offers PAID TRAINING, a clear growth path, and opportunities to advance from Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training to a full Shop Manager.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience valued but not required.
• Willingness to lead and train a team.
• Good communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Managing inventory and conducting End of Period and End of Year counts.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service to guests.
