Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboarding, and train new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory through End of Period/End of Year processes.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Understand shop financials to drive results within budget.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support team members.
• Assist with oil changes and other auto services as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
