Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager in Ohio to lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, and uphold Take 5 standards. This leadership path supports progression from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training with paid training and internal opportunities.

Expect to manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and shop budgets while delivering outstanding customer service. The position offers base pay with bonus potential, plus benefits such as health, vision, dental insurance and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Experience with crew scheduling and payroll processes.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll
• Controlling inventory and conducting End of Period/End of Year counts
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Draining motor oil and replacing filters when required
