Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and deliver great customer service. You will learn the Take 5 way with paid training, supervise crew members, and help manage inventory while performing basic oil change processes.

This full-time role offers paid time off and a clear promotion path through the company. Base pay ranges $13.25–$19.00 per hour, with weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required; willingness to learn and lead.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Must be able to perform opening/closing procedures and supervise floor.
