Take 5 Oil Change in Mentor Ave, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations of the oil change shop. Paid training is provided to help you manage a shop location, change oil, and perform light maintenance tasks.

Earn hourly wages from $13.25 to $19.00 with weekly bonuses. Full-time roles include benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. Growth into leadership positions is encouraged at Take 5.

Qualifications

• Experience is VALUED but not required.
• Must be able to lift to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor to ensure team coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory; train new employees in Take 5 processes.
