Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboarding and training of new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Manage inventory with End of Period and End of Year counts.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Understand the shop's financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
• Support crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Perform oil changes and related services as needed.
